He also complains of having runs of diarrhea for the last three days but denies any PR bleeding. He does not suffer from any medical conditions and currently not on any medication. He does not have any allergies. On examination, his temperature is 37.9. His blood pressure is 162/85mmhg. On abdominal examination, he is mildly tender in the left iliac fossa.
