Wearing High heels
Foot deformities such as flat feet
High impact sports such as jogging
Sports involving tight shoes such as snowboarding
Clinical features
Gradual onset of sudden attacks of pain or paraesthesia during walking.

Management
Refer to orthopaedics.
Treatment is with steroid injection
Advice on footwear.
