Antihistamine – Claratyne
Moisture such as dermeze or sorbolene
Hydrocortisone 1 % ointment bd
Avoid irritants if known such as soap
Advise to wear loose clothes
Wet dressings–to be applied with every flare 1-4 times daily for at least 3 days. – Usually used in severe eczema
