Acute inflammation of glans and foreskin.
Can occur at any age.
Most common in young boys when associated with non-retractile foreskin/phimosis.
In elderly patients consider DM.

Streptococci
Candida.
Oral antibiotics (e.g. flucloxacillin)
or
Topical antifungals (e.g. clotrimazole)
