Bleeding is from bridging veins between cortex and venous sinuses, resulting in the accumulation of blood between dura and arachnoid.

Physical and intellectual slowing
Sleepiness
Headache
Personality change
Unsteadiness on feet
Slowly evolving stroke (e.g. hemiparesis)
Symptoms/signs of ICP

Refer to the emergency department in an ambulance
