Varicocele
It is the collection of varicose veins in the pampiniform plexus of the cord and scrotum.
Causes
Can be due to obstruction of the testicular veins in the abdomen.
Left-sided affected more than right
Clinical features
A dull ache in the testis especially at the end of the day or after exercise.
Usually visible when the patient is standing.

Management
No treatment is needed/ Reassurance
In severe cases, surgery or radiological embolization
